We ship every Tuesday and Friday, with the exception of public holidays.  

Please allow approximately 4 days for delivery within the UK and Ireland, and 7 days for Europe. For intercontinental deliveries, terms are applicable according to destination. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code in order to follow your delivery. 

We do accept returns if you’ve had a change of heart. Drop us an email letting us know why, which helps us do better in the future.  

Your purchase must be unused and in its original condition, and returns must be made within 14 days of receipt using a tracked postal service. Kindly note that shipping costs for returns are entirely at the customer’s expense, and the shipping cost related to your initial purchase will not be refunded. Once your purchase arrives back safely in our HQ, and we’ve assessed the purchase, we’ll issue a full refund. 

For international returns, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping charges and any import duties chargeable to us for receiving the return.

Each of our pieces is uniquely created and carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. However, sometimes accidents happen.  

If, at the time of arrival, your delivery is any way damaged, and the goods are not intact, please refuse the delivery, where possible, or return it to us enclosing photos of the outer packaging (with the address label visible) and the contents of the package (i.e. the damaged goods). This way we can file this with our courier, and send you out a new package. 

Be sure to track and trace your orders (and check your junk folders in case notifications end up in your spam). 

Shipping Costs: 

Prices are shown including VAT. For the EU, no customs charges apply at this time. For the rest of the world, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes,  where applicable. 

UK & Ireland: free shipping 

Europe: £12.00 

Intercontinental: £25.00 

For multiple order, it might be possible to have a combined shipping cost, please email for a quote.

Kindly note: any loss or return of the parcel due to non-collection will not be compensated.
